Kathy brings 25 years of experience in the Human Service field which includes the areas of Direct Care, Speech Therapy, Case Management, and Management to Community Connections. She has been a dedicated team member for more than 20 years and currently oversees six programs comprised of Day Habilitation, Life Skills and Transportation. She has been instrumental in the opening of programs in Plymouth and Fairhaven. Kathy takes great pride in receiving the highest accreditation through CARF International (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and consistently receives high marks in surveys and audits.
Outside of her daily duties, Kathy volunteers as the Event Chair of our Annual Walk. She participates in a work group to review recommendations to the Commonwealth for revisions of regulatory requirements.
When not at work, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid animal lover. She has received the honor of Community Leader and Outstanding Citizen award for her community efforts and serves as President of her Neighborhood Association.
