Sara can’t wait for the next opportunity to volunteer at Taylor-Bray Farm in Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts. She enjoys feeding and taking care of the animals, even bringing in a carrot for Chloe the Cow. Sara understands the value of her volunteer work and says, “My animals need me.”
Melissa looks forward to her morning shifts at Dunkin’ and says, “It makes me feel like I’m worth something.” Working with Linda, her Community Connections Employment Specialist, Melissa has learned to navigate the details of her job and has gained confidence when meeting new people.
