Bev Mota | Case Manager | Davol
Beverly has been a dedicated and versatile employee at CCI since 2005, excelling in her various roles, especially as a Case Manager. She's known for her strong relationships with colleagues, caregivers, families and clients demonstrating a commitment to their well-being and person-centered service.
Beverly has always excelled in her roles, especially in her Case Manager position. Beverly is organized, completes her work in a timely manner, is always willing to help her coworkers both at Davol and other locations and has developed positive relationships with caregivers, families, residential providers, funders and most importantly the consumers she works with. Beverly develops goals and objectives that are meaningful and focus on maintaining their abilities that help them both in program and at home especially for those who live with their families and need their person to be able to do things such as walk as their house may not be able to accommodate a wheelchair or their family members may not be able to do transfers or lifts at home.
Beverly is a great support to families and caregivers and often gives a good amount of her time to them when they are dealing with issues related to their family member and in need of supplies, equipment or additional resources. Beverly provides them with information including who to call depending on their needs as well as giving them an ear to listen to them when they feel there is no one else to listen to them. Beverly is always available to help cover the floor as needed for bus duty, lunches, group coverage, or anything the groups need. Beverly is the Human Rights officer for our location and makes sure she has what she needs for the quarterly meetings. Beverly gets along with all her coworkers and the consumers we serve; she frequently has visitors stop by her office on their walks to say hello.
Through a person-centered approach, we design individualized programs that build on the strengths of the whole person, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their community.
We count on donors like you, so our clients can continue to reach their goals through therapies and activities.
