Join us on the 3rd Wednesday in March, May, July, Sept, and Nov at 6:30pm for our Community Connector Educational Series, a free, ongoing learning opportunity designed for families of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitieis (IDD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
The Community Connector Series will take place via Zoom, so you can join us in the comfort of your own home. Future sessions will cover a wide range of topics including friendship, advocacy, long-term wellbeing and more.
There is no cost to these events but registration is requried to recieve a Zoom link. Participants are welcome to join as many sessions as they choose.
Through a person-centered approach, we design individualized programs that build on the strengths of the whole person, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their community.
