Joining Community Connections in 1993 as relief help, Rhonda was quickly promoted to Instructor, Case Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, and then Service Director in 2003. She brings 30 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, vast knowledge of the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Medicaid regulations and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards. Since obtaining her Associate's in Science/Child Care Development from Bristol Community College in 1983, Rhonda has continued her education in areas related to Human Services by maintaining her certification as an Instructor of Crisis Prevention Intervention since 1999. She is also a certified CPR instructor and has been a Human Rights Committee coordinator since 2011. Understanding how important the role of fundraising is to the organization, Rhonda acts as Event Chair of the Fall River Pasta Dinner Committee and a member of the Walkathon Planning Committee.
